What we collect, and what we do with it
Run sheets work because they are short and true. Same idea here.
What the enquiry form collects
Exactly the fields you can see on it: who you are, the number to ring you back on, an email if you choose to leave one, the two suburbs, the kind of move, rough timing, and whatever you put in the message box. Nothing is collected behind your back on that form.
Why we collect it
So we can respond to your enquiry: call you back, talk through the move and give you the crew, the rate and an honest hours estimate. Your enquiry may be shared with a suitable local removals provider so your move can actually be serviced. That is the whole flow.
What we never do
- We do not sell your details.
- We do not add you to a newsletter; there is no newsletter.
- We do not set advertising or marketing cookies on this site.
Anti-spam
The form carries a hidden honeypot field that only automated submitters fill in; entries that trip it are discarded. It works silently and asks nothing of you.
Page-view counting
We count page views server-side, without a tracking script in your browser, without cookies, and at country level rather than by your IP address. It tells us which pages people find useful; it cannot follow you around the web.
Fonts
The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers when a page loads. If you use a content blocker that stops that request, the site simply falls back to your system fonts and keeps working.
The Two Doors Check
The check on this site runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere. If you carry its verdict to the enquiry form, it arrives as plain text in the message box, where you can edit or delete every word before you choose to send.
Asking about your details
Want to know what we hold from your enquiry, have it corrected, or have it removed? Send that request through the enquiry form with the name and phone number you originally used, and we will sort it when we call you back.
